- Presence of customer`s product at a trading area (quantity of SKU, facings)
- Arrangement of trading areas with production of the Customer
- Observance of distribution standarts
- Control over the calculation of production of the Customer
- Control over the rotation of production
- Control of advertising materials and trading equipment
- A price policy monitoring and overview of competitor's production
